Good Maids presents homeowners and other clients with candidates for employment for a variety of domestic capacities. Whether your need is for a housekeeper, maid, domestic servant, companion, attendant or child-sitter, Good Maids will introduce you to qualified candidates for your consideration. We generally place individuals for direct employment with the client, although we will, under certain circumstances, contract with the client to provide domestic services on a regular basis in the company's name.

Our service is highly individualized, as we strive to place the person who we believe will be the most compatible with the client. Good Maids will conduct interviews with the client and with qualified individuals in an effort to find the domestic worker who best fills the client's needs. If the client accepts a Good Maids candidate and offers employment to that person, Good Maids will guarantee that person's work for up to three months from the date of hire. If the client is dissatisfied with the employee during the guarantee period, Good Maids will present a suitable replacement worker or refund a pro rata share of the placement fee.
